Astro, the electric radiator designed by Luca Nichetto for Tubes, is a successful demonstration of industrial product engineering. Designed like a small spaceship, Astro not only heats, but also purifies the air thanks to an F7 filter with activated carbon. An advanced fine-mechanics system allows the device to open and close automatically, while an Android and iOS app allows users to adjust functions and heat intensity.

Our collaboration with Tubes radiators’ R&D studio allowed us to combine innovative design and advanced functionality. Through 3D printing, we have helped create fully functional prototypes, optimizing production and maintenance costs. Astro is an excellent example of how our expertise in industrial product engineering can result in unique, cutting-edge solutions that radically transform the experience of comfort in the home.
